Brief of the Position

(a)

Qualification

Graduate/ Post-Graduate with   Degree in Hospitality and Housekeeping from any reputed & recognized University/ Institution.  
Preferably MSc /BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM - National Council of Hotel Management & Catering Technology or other UGC recognised universities

Proficiency in written and spoken English.
 

(b)

Additional Qualification

  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Business Management skills.
  • Knowledge of food production methods.
  • Good mathematical ability.
  • Functional knowledge of use of Computers and Payment Portals including POS Machines.
  • Knowledge of Compliance of Govt legislation and updates in issues of Excise, License, FSSAI etc pertaining to Food and Beverages.

(c)

Experience

Around 15 years’ experience at managerial level in hospitality industry, preferably 4 / 5 Star Hotels accredited by Ministry of Tourism in Food & Beverages.

Experience in managing various operational departments and service outlets.

Thorough knowledge of Banquet Sales, Food & beverages services, Food production etc. is desirable.  

Working knowledge of events management, coordination with various departments for effective functioning

40-45 years

Remunerations

Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/- plus DA and other allowances
Gross Emoluments :  Rs. 99000.00
