Nepal was faced with a constitutional crisis last month when Prime Minister K.P. Oli suddenly dissolved Parliament where he had a majority and ordered elections for April-May this year. He is now caretaker Prime Minister with a divided Nepal Communist Party. The Supreme Court will either restore the House or uphold Oli’s decision for elections. The Webinar will address the aftermath of the crisis especially repercussions for Nepal, China and India.
