India International Centre is organizing a special “Fusion LUNCH”*, on Sunday, 17th November 2019 in the Rose Garden. Lunch will start at 13.00 hours.

As we have a limited number of seats, Members and their spouse can reserve a table for a maximum of four guests (i.e. table for a maximum of 6 persons). Members are requested to make advance bookings with the Centralised Booking Office on 24609377/24609378/24609379 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on all working days or else send an email to cm@iicdelhi.in Please note, reservations will be made on a first-come-first served basis. If required, a Member may be requested to share a table with other Members to ensure the best utilization of seating capacity.

Cancellation of bookings after 16th November 2019 will not be entertained. Members can book by paying in advance or pay at the venue using their Smart Card or Debit/Credit Cards.

Educational Qualification	Graduates/ Post Graduates in any subject from any recognized university in India with a minimum 60% marks. Candidate having Post -Graduate qualifications in arts stream will be preferred. Candidate must be well-conversant with computer usages especially MS-Word; Power Point and Excel. Candidate must be proficient in English; both written and spoken
Age	Between 25-35 years
Experience	Minimum 5 years experience in the Programme Division of any reputed cultural institutions
Remuneration	The selected candidate shall initially be appointed on a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 80,000/- (Rupees Eighty thousand) per month for 6 months. If the candidate’s performance is found to be satisfactory, he/she shall be placed in a regular pay scale and probation period of 2 years. After successful completion of the probationary period, he/ she shall be confirmed as a regular employee of the Centre. The employment would be terminable by giving 3 months’ notice by either side.
Job Requirements	- Identification of programmes - Preparation of monthly programme cards and film club cards - Publication of programmes in the newspapers and electronic media - Preparation of budget for the Programme Division - Procurement of programmes related goods and services - To ensure that the programmes are executed as per plan - To evaluate effectiveness of the programmes and obtain feedbacks from participants/ viewers - To prepare agenda for various programme related committees and to draw minutes and to attend meetings of such committees.

CARPET CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT

1.            Sealed Tender is invited for entering annual service contract for above mentioned category of the contract for the period 01 September 2019 to 31 March 2020.

2.            You may quote for the services to be rendered as per Annexure-A, One Rate, without preconditions. All pages of the Tender form are to be stamped and signed.

3.            Sealed Tender forms should reach the undersigned on or before 3:00 pm on 30 August 2019. Rates may be indicated as per the specifications given in the enclosed lists. Validity of quoted rates will be for 90 days.
