The Election to the one seat on the Board of Trustees and the two seats of the Executive Committee to be filled by Institutional Members i.e. one seat to be elected by Corporate Foundation Members and Universities (including deemed Universities  and the other by the Corporate Institutions other than Universities (including) deemed Universities) for the period April 2017 – March 2019 are scheduled to be held.
 
 
The Election bye laws state that Candidates for election shall be Foundation members, Life Members or Members with voting rights to represent Individual Members; Executive Heads (who are so designated for this purpose) of Corporate Foundation members or Corporate Members with voting rights to represent Institutional Members.
 
You are requested to kindly designate only the Executive Head of your Organization for the said purpose and inform us by Monday 21^st  November, 2016. Please note that in the absence of any intimation the persons who represent the Organisations, as per our office records/or last intimations, will be considered as officially designated Executive Heads, if they are still associated with the organization.
 
Also all Individual members are hereby requested to update their Postal and E-mails addresses     ( in case of any changes theirin) by Monday, 21^st November, 2016, so that the communications sent regarding election reach them on time. All communications will be sent to the last address registered with the Centre.
 
   

IIC Membership Subscription notice 2016-17
 
As per Rule 9 of the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations of the IIC, it shall be the responsibility of the members to ensure due and timely payment of subscription.
 
Members were required to pay their Annual Subscription by 31st May 2016. In case Members have not paid the Annual Subscription, they are requested to pay the same, latest by 31st July 2016.
 
The names of Members whose subscription falls in arrears shall be suspended from the rolls and shall be liable for the prescribed penalty in order to restore the membership.

Annual Subscription
 
Members who have not paid the annual subscription so far are requested to immediately pay their annual subscription along with all previous dues.
 
An extract of Rule 9 of the Memorandum of Association and Rules & Regulations is given below for information:
 
“Subscriptions towards membership are payable in advance for each financial year and shall be due for payment on the 1^st April of each year. It shall be the responsibility of the members to ensure due and timely payment of subscriptions.”
 
Do please write your Membership number and ‘Annual Subscription for the year 2016-2017’ on the back of the cheque. In case you choose to deposit cash or make electronic/online payment, please inform accounts department that amount deposited is towards annual subscription for the year 2016-2017.
